Supplier and relationship with Paddle

ADRiskInsight is supplied and licensed by Solutechna SRL, Florida 537, C1005AAK, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Paddle conducts the purchase as authorized reseller and merchant of record and processes payment, tax, invoice and payment-related support under its own terms. Solutechna SRL remains responsible for the product license, delivery and product support described here.

Eligibility and authority

The person accepting these terms must have legal capacity to contract. ADRiskInsight may be used against an organization, domain or directory only when the operator is duly authorized by its owner. Purchasing or possessing a license does not itself authorize assessment of a third party's environment.

License and term

Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use ADRiskInsight for the fixed term and activation allowance shown before checkout. Plans do not renew automatically. An eligible license is extended only through a new, explicit renewal purchase.

Permitted use and restrictions

The license permits internal use by the buyer or the organization for which the buyer is authorized to act.

• Do not resell, sublicense or share credentials or keys outside the authorized organization.
• Do not circumvent edition, activation or expiration controls.
• Do not access systems without authorization or use the product or its output unlawfully.
• Do not misrepresent results or reverse engineer the product, except where mandatory law expressly permits it.

Operation and reports

ADRiskInsight performs a point-in-time assessment based on the checks in the installed version and the operator's available access. It does not guarantee detection of every vulnerability, misconfiguration or future risk. Reports may contain sensitive directory identifiers and must be protected and reviewed before sharing. The operator remains responsible for backups, change control and remediation decisions.

Delivery, activation and offline use

After Paddle confirms payment, ADRiskInsight delivers the license through its secure delivery or recovery mechanisms. Activation limits, expiration and offline authorization follow the purchased plan. A signed offline authorization cannot be remotely withdrawn and may continue to work only until its existing validity ends.

Price, tax and payment

Paddle presents and collects the final price, currency and applicable tax. The buyer must review the total and order details before paying. Solutechna SRL does not receive complete payment-card details.

Refunds

The ADRiskInsight Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights and any greater protection provided by applicable law or Paddle prevail. An approved full refund may disable the commercial entitlement and prevent new online activations or refreshes, without extending or remotely withdrawing an offline authorization already issued.

Support, updates and availability

Product and delivery support is available exclusively by email at support@adriskinsight.com. Paddle provides payment, invoice and order support. A fixed-term license does not promise new features or uninterrupted availability of online services, although we aim to maintain the mechanisms needed for the purchased license.

Privacy and confidentiality

Personal data is handled under the ADRiskInsight Privacy Notice and Paddle's separate notice. Assessment data remains local unless the operator independently chooses to transmit or share it. The buyer must protect reports and other confidential information from its environment.

Warranty and liability

ADRiskInsight is an assessment aid and does not replace a complete audit, professional judgment or the buyer's security controls. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or liability where applicable law prohibits doing so.

Suspension and termination

Solutechna SRL may suspend future activation or support for fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, material breach, an approved full refund or a confirmed full chargeback, subject to applicable law. Termination does not erase accrued payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property or legal obligations.

Governing law and disputes

These terms use Argentine law as their baseline. Mandatory consumer rights and any competent jurisdiction or forum that cannot validly be excluded remain unaffected. Before making a formal claim, you may contact us to try to resolve the matter.

Changes, contact and acceptance

We may update these terms when the product, service or an applicable obligation changes. The current version and date will appear here; changes do not retroactively reduce a mandatory right. By marking acceptance before checkout and continuing with the purchase, you confirm that you had the opportunity to review these terms and the Refund Policy.
